 * Betreuung der Digital Workplace Services sowie mobiler Endgeräte am Kundenstandort
 * Durchführung von 2nd-Level-Support-Aktivitäten inklusive Incident-Management und Bearbeitung von Service Requests
 * Unterstützung bei Netzwerkaktivitäten wie Verkabelung und Rack-Installationen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vereinbarter Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) und Qualitätsstandards
