Beratung von Kunden bei der Einführung und Optimierung von IT-Systemen und Prozessen Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Entwicklung von IT-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden Erstellung von Konzepten und Implementierungsplänen für IT-Projekte Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Software- und Hardwarelösungen sowie Schulung der Anwender Projektmanagement und -steuerung zur Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Projektverlaufs Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentationen zur Prozessoptimierung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Teams zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
