## Description

* Du administrierst, konfigurierst und entwickelst unser ERP-System weiter
 * Daneben betreust du weitere Fach- und Business-Applikationen, z. B. DMS, MES, Logistik-Systeme und Reporting-Tools
 * Im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support bist du Anlaufstelle für Anwender:innen und Key-User
 * Externe Dienstleister und Softwarepartner steuerst du eigenständig - von der Anforderungsklärung über die Beauftragung bis zur Qualitäts- und Terminkontrolle
 * Gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen nimmst du Geschäftsprozesse auf, analysierst sie und machst sie messbar besser
 * Interne Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekte leitest du selbst oder bringst dich aktiv ein
 * Du konzipierst und betreust Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse zwischen unseren Systemen
 * Auswertungen, Dokumentation und Key-User-Schulungen runden dein Feld ab
