## Description

Als Lead SAP HCM Senior Consultant übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unseren Kundenprojekten und innerhalb unseres Unternehmens:
Du verantwortest komplexe Payroll-Transformationen und entwickelst gleichzeitig als Kompetenzlead unser SAP HCM / H4S4 / PCE Team strategisch weiter., Projekt- & Beratungsschwerpunkt (Payroll & Transformation)

 * Leitung und Umsetzung von SAP HCM Payroll Projekten (On-Premise, H4S4, PCE)
 * Design und Optimierung von Payroll-Prozessen (DE + international von Vorteil)
 * Durchführung von HCM * H4S4 Transformationen inkl. Custom Code Anpassungen
 * Integration von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
 * Steuerung von Systemlandschaften & Schnittstellen (z. B. FI/CO, Zeitwirtschaft, Dritt-Systeme)
 * Qualitätssicherung und fachliche Führung in Projekten

Kompetenzlead - Team & Portfolio

 * Fachliche und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs:
 * SAP ERP HCM
 * SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4)
 * SAP HCM Private Cloud Edition (PCE)
