 * arbeitest sicher mit Methoden und Tools wie Jira, Confluence sowie idealerweise Autorentools (z. B. TTS)
 * bringst Erfahrung im agilen Projektumfeld mit
 * kommunizierst stark, adressatengerecht und überzeugend mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
 * arbeitest strukturiert, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert
 * bist kundenorientiert und findest auch in komplexen Situationen schnell praktikable Lösungen

## Description

* konzipierst und steuerst Change- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Rahmen eines großen IT-Programms
 * entwickelst zielgruppenspezifische Kommunikationsformate, um unterschiedliche Stakeholder aktiv einzubinden und mitzunehmen
 * begleitest die Change Impact Analyse und identifizierst fachliche, organisatorische und soziale Auswirkungen von Veränderungen
 * monitorst und stabilisierst den Change-Prozess z. B. durch Umfragen, Interviews und kontinuierliches Feedback-Management
 * planst die einzelnen Schritte des Change-Managements und stellst eine strukturierte Umsetzung sicher
