Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, 1. Deep Okta Workforce IAM Engineering (Beyond Administration)

 * Okta Identity Engine (OIE) implementations
 * Hands-on SAML and OIDC/OAuth2 integrations
 * Multi-tenant identity patterns (clear separation of Workforce IAM vs CIAM)
 * MFA inheritance and policy conflicts

 2. Okta CIAM & API Driven Integration
The candidate must have designed and operated CIAM environments, not just configured them.
Required experience includes:

 * CIAM tenant and architecture design
 * External user lifecycle modeling
 * API driven provisioning, updates, and deprovisioning
 * Understanding the security and audit implications of CIAM decisions

 3. Okta Workflows - Production Grade
Candidates must demonstrate:

 * Complex branching and conditional logic
 * Robust error handling and rollback strategies
 * Integration with external systems and APIs
 * Use of workflows as an operational queue, supporting production identity operations (aligned with formal SOW practices)
