With data driving the way the Society makes day-to-day decisions, Data and Analytics are at the forefront of our data strategy. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working collaboratively and are passionate about developing their data engineering skills while helping to deliver valuable data solutions. In this role as a Data Analyst , you will work within the Data Analytics & Insight team, supporting the delivery of data analysis and business insight capabilities aligned to the Society's data strategy. What you'll be doing As a Data Analyst, you will be part of a multi-skilled team working across a variety of data domains within Nationwide. Reporting to a Lead Data Engineer, you will collaborate with engineers, testers, data specialists, and product owners to help deliver reliable and scalable data solutions. Day-to-day, you will support the development and maintenance of data pipelines, data models, and data processing solutions using modern data technologies and engineering practices. Key responsibilities include supporting the design, development, testing, and deployment of data solutions, as well as developing and maintaining data pipelines and data processing workflows. You will assist with data modelling and data integration activities. To ensure solutions are delivered consistently and effectively, you will follow engineering standards, best practices, and governance requirements, but you also have the opportunity to develop your solution focussed mindset working closely with team members to resolve issues and improve platform reliability.
