## About the Role

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Proficiency in legacy Java and modern Spring Boot Java frameworks

 * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
 * Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
 * Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment
 * Understanding of system integrations and data flows
 * Experience working within a team-based development environment
 * Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend improvements

 * Knowledge of APIs, EDI, or integration tools

## Description

The Business Analyst / Developer supports and enhances critical systems within a manufacturing environment. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across both legacy and modern platforms. The Business Analyst / Developer is collaborative, organized, and capable of translating business requirements into actionable deliverables for development teams and supporting manufacturing operations., * Partner with manufacturing, operations, and business teams to gather, analyze, and document system requirements

 * Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, and hand off to development teams
 * Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
 * Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
 * Design, develop, test, and maintain applications across legacy and modern platforms
 * Support and enhance existing systems, including RPG/CL and legacy Java applications
 * Develop and maintain web-based applications using Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
 * Develop and optimize SQL queries, reports, and data integrations
 * Assist with system integrations between shop floor systems, ERP platforms, and external applications
 * Troubleshoot system issues and support production operations with a team-oriented approach
 * Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and enhancements
