## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management
 * Experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them for technical teams
 * Experience using task management sof t war e such as Jira
 * Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
 * Experience in sof t war e development, DevOps, AI/ML, or IT
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with Human Resources (HR) IT systems
 * Experience with HR business processes
 * Experience creating Jira dashboards, roadmaps, and dependency maps
 * Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
 * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Scrum Master or Agile Certification

You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll be a key team member who helps fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to mission users.
