## About the Role

You will be a strong analyst with a passion for turning data into business insight.

You will bring:

 * Experience in data analysis, finance, business performance or a similar analytical role
 * Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets
 * SQL and/or Python skills
 * Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
 * Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to stakeholders

Desirable:

 * Profitability, commercial or financial analysis experience
 * Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools
 * Degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related field

## Description

You will deliver analysis, reporting and insight that help leaders understand profitability performance, identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

You will also:

 * Deliver customer and cohort profitability analysis to support commercial decision-making
 * Produce reporting, dashboards and stakeholder insight packs
 * Identify trends, risks and opportunities within profitability performance
 * Investigate margin movements and provide clear business insight
 * Support Commercial, Pricing and Operations teams with analytical requests
 * Drive continuous improvement across reporting, analytics and insight processes
