We are seeking an Agentic Workflow Lead to design, optimize, and operationalize intelligent workflows that combine human decision-making with AI-driven execution. This is not a traditional project management or business analyst role - this is a hands-on operational transformation role focused on building scalable human + AI operating models. You will work closely with Agentic Engineers and cross-functional teams to define how AI agents interact with business processes, drive adoption, improve workflow quality, and deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate understands operational workflows deeply, has hands-on exposure to modern AI tooling, and can bridge the gap between business transformation and technical execution.
