## Description

* Leiten und Umsetzen von SAP S/4HANA Projekten in allen Phasen. Verantwortlich für SAP S/4HANA Service und Teilprojekte im SAP FSM.
 * Analyse der Anforderungen und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Kontext von SAP CS und SAP S/4HANA Service. Konzeption, Implementierung und Integration von SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM).
 * Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und technischen Spezifikationen für die Entwicklungsabteilung. Systemanpassungen durch Customizings in SAP CS und SAP S/4HANA Service.
 * Kompetente Ansprechperson für interne Fachabteilungen zu Prozessen und Fragen rund um SAP CS, SAP S/4HANA und SAP FSM. Durchführung von Schulungen für Anwender und Key-User in SAP CS.
