## Description

* Infrastruktur & Workplace: Administration, Wartung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (Windows-Clients, Serverumgebungen und Netzwerke).
 * Modernes Endpoint-Management: Steuerung und Automatisierung des Client-Managements unter Einsatz moderner Tools (z. B. Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune).
 * Support & Koordination: Fachliche Unterstützung der Anwender im 1st und 2nd Level Support bei komplexen Fragestellungen sowie Durchführung von On- und Offboarding-Prozessen.
 * Projekte & Cloud-Transformation: Aktive Mitarbeit an zukunftsorientierten IT-Projekten (z. B. Cloud-Migrationen, Modernisierung der IT-Security und Kommunikationssysteme wie VoIP).
 * Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege von präzisen Systemdokumentationen zur nachhaltigen Sicherung der Servicequalität.
