## Description

We're seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join our Pension Systems Team and deliver exceptional implementation services for new Gallagher clients, as well as transformation projects for existing clients.
This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact on the pensions industry through innovative and high-quality projects.

How you'll make an impact

 * Collaborate with a team of transition consultants to deliver seamless implementation services.
 * Act as the Lead Transition Analyst on allocated implementation projects.
 * Work closely with project managers to ensure projects progress smoothly and are completed on time.
 * Create proprietary benefit specification summaries based on scheme documentation to support calculations and automation.
 * Configure automated calculations using Gallagher's proprietary Excel-based systems for new implementations and transformation projects.
 * Develop and execute test packs to ensure the accuracy of automation projects.
 * Provide working proformas for classes not included in automated routines.
 * Support data services in reviewing data loads and test system enhancements as required.
 * Stay up to date with pensions legislation and system functionality.
 * Ensure all work is peer-reviewed and adheres to best practices, project assurance criteria, and audit requirements.
