This is not a hands-off management role... you will be deeply involved in architecture conversations, reviewing code, and helping the team work through technical problems, while owning delivery, prioritisation and people leadership for a team of around 8 to 12 engineers. You will represent the team in front of stakeholders across operations, compliance and senior management, and the team already uses AI tooling day to day, so genuine comfort with modern engineering practices matters.
