You work well in fast-paced environments. * You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. * Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. In this role, you will partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage backlog, prioritize workflows, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will gather, analyze, and refine requirements to guide development teams in building effective, customer-centric solutions. You will lead Agile teams to deliver consistent value in alignment with the product vision and roadmap, serving as a key driver of Agile Release Train (ART) success.
