## Description

Deine Mission:

 * Als Systems Engineer bist du die technische Speerspitze unserer Projekte.
 * Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Design, Umsetzung und Stabilität moderner IT-Infrastrukturen, von der ersten Idee bis zum stabilen Betrieb.
 * Du machst Dinge nicht "irgendwie", sondern richtig., * Du kümmerst dich um die Konzeption, den Aufbau und den stabilen Betrieb hybrider IT- und Cloud-Umgebungen (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Windows Server, Cloud-Rechenzentren)
 * Du kümmerst dich um Migrationen von A bis Z, sauber geplant und professionell umgesetzt
 * Du kümmerst dich um die Umsetzung moderner Security- und Compliance-Strategien, damit unsere Kunden nachhaltig geschützt sind (Zero Trust, Conditional Access, Endpoint Security, MDR, Firewalls, MFA, E-Mail Security)
 * Du kümmerst dich um die technische Beratung unserer Kunden auf Augenhöhe und entwickelst Lösungen statt Workarounds
 * Du kümmerst dich um die Analyse und das Troubleshooting komplexer Infrastrukturen
 * Du bist die Person, die der Kunde und das Team anrufen, wenn's wirklich knifflig wird
