## Description

* Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und dem Roll Out von SAP SuccessFactors: Fit-Gap-Analyse, Konzeption, Testing, Implementierung, Go-Live und After-Go-Live bzw. Hypercare Phase
 * Möglichkeit die Teil- oder Projektleitung im Rahmen der SAP SuccessFactors Einführung zu übernehmen und Koordination externer Dienstleister
 * SAP HCM Inhouse Beratung bzw. SAP HCM Modulbetreuung inkl. der Weiterentwicklung von SAP HCM Untermodulen und der SAP SuccessFactors Komponenten inkl. SAP HCM Customizing bzw. SAP SuccessFactors Konfiguration
 * Prozessanalyse, -design und Harmonisierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Human Ressource Management (SAP HXM) sowie Durchführung von Integrations-, Funktions- und auch User Acceptance Test (UAT)
 * Übernahme von SAP HCM bzw. SAP SuccessFactors 2nd Level Support sowie Schulung der SAP Anwender und Key User (Mensch)
