* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years (1-2) related experience and/or training; or equivelant combination of education and experience
 * Passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service
 * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
 * Basic troubleshooting knowledge of computers and common software
 * Organized and able to manage multiple requests
 * Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment
 * Basic knowledge of computers, software applications, and common troubleshooting steps

## Description

* Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
 * Troubleshoot issues with computers, applications, hardware, and software
 * Assist users by explaining solutions in a clear, easy-to-understand way
 * Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ITSM system
 * Escalate more complex issues when appropriate
 * Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved
 * Create simple "how-to" guides for end users
 * Collaborate with team members to improve service and processes
