 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Expertenteams zur Entwicklung eines innovativen MEMS-Chips der nächsten Generation
 * Verantwortung für MEMS-Design, -Technologie, -Layout, -Wafer-Level-Tests, -Fertigung und -Qualität, um optimale technische Lösungen sicherzustellen
 * Schnittstellenmanagement zu den Bereichen System-, ASIC-, Packaging- und Endtestentwicklung
 * Projektplanung & -steuerung, inkl. Identifikation von Abhängigkeiten, Definition kritischer Pfade sowie Planung und Monitoring relevanter Meilensteine
 * Risikomanagement und Projektcontrolling hinsichtlich Qualität, Budget, Produktionskosten und Zeitplan sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an Stakeholder und Management
