As a Lead Enterprise Application Analyst focused on Agile, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile software delivery practices across HR technology. This position is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring the successful adoption of Agile methodologies within the company. Your expertise will be instrumental in solving complex problems, mentoring team members, and negotiating innovative solutions. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to guide and influence others. The Product Management & Operations Team is responsible for the seamless product management of a portfolio of workforce technology solutions.
