The Technical Program Manager will orchestrate execution across three product lines (Desktop, Online, Mobile) with 70+ engineers, establishing program management excellence and driving visibility needed to scale our engineering organization. If you are a Senior IC doer and want to move up, we'd like to talk to you., * Leadership Experience: 7 years' in technical program management with 3-5 years' managing enterprise-scale programs across 50+ engineers and multiple product lines in B2B SaaS environments. * Jira & Tooling Expertise: Expert-level Jira administration, workflow design, and customization at scale. Proficiency with Confluence, Slack, GitHub/GitLab, and modern development tools. * Metrics & Analytics: Demonstrated experience building executive dashboards and metrics frameworks using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Strong knowledge of engineering metrics and data visualization. * Software Development Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and release management. Ability to engage in technical discussions and assess architectural trade-offs. * Executive Communication: Exceptional skills creating and delivering executive-level presentations. Ability to translate technical programs into clear business narratives for CTO, CEO, and Board. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead without direct authority, driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Infrastructure teams with competing priorities. * Sense of Urgency: Demonstrated bias for action, driving results in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards., * 7 years' in technical program management with 3-5 years' managing enterprise-scale programs and projects across 50+ engineers and multiple product lines in B2B SaaS environments. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field. * Experience at top-tier tech companies or high-growth SaaS companies. * Experience implementing OKRs, DORA metrics, or scaling TPM practices from the ground up. Other: * Must be willing and able to travel to conferences, client sites, or other company offices, based on business needs. * This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs.
