We're currently looking for a UX/Product Designer to join our team and work on a Healthcare CRM environment with one of our top-tier clients in the health sector - a role that balances product delivery, research depth and strong stakeholder alignment. This is not a purely visual or delivery-oriented UX role. The project context requires a designer who can operate in ambiguity, work across product and technical constraints, and create clarity through research , prioritisation and cross-functional collaboration . The role implies working actively with the UX Lead, while having enough autonomy to make decisions independently and move work forward with confidence. What will your day to day be like?
