Leading by example, ensuring that code reviews and quality assurance practices are adhered to. * Identifying and resolving complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs. * Optimizing software for performance, scalability, and security. * Will work closely with the project manager, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. * Identifies potential risks and issues related to software development and implements mitigation strategies.
