## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical support?, The ideal candidate would possess the following knowledge and skills;

 * Administrative experience with Microsoft Windows Server & Workstation Environment
 * Administrative experience working with Microsoft Office 365
 * Experience with Cisco Network Infrastructure Administration
 * Experience with VOIP/PBX Administration and phone provisioning
 * Ability to follow up with users to ensure issues have been resolved
 * Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
 * Strong organizational, logical and critical thinking skills
 * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, * Technical support: 3 years (Required)

## Description

We are a 25 year old wholesale company that furnishes custom printed products across the USA. Our customers are the most important part of our business because they sell our products so we can concentrate on the quality of their merchandise.

This is a full-time position at our Dallas, TX office.

The some of the duties for this position would be as follows;

 * Provide local hardware and software support for issues related to computers, VOIP equipment, network, printers, and other peripherals; Investigate issues, determine and implement resolutions
 * Responsible for working with the following technologies: Windows AD setup and maintenance, VOIP telephone and fax support, Office 365 email set up and maintenance, DNS/DHCP, antivirus support, Datto server backups, PDQ Inventory & Deploy, Cisco Firewalls and Switches,
 * Responsible for all patch management to maintain corporate security standards
 * Provide maintenance and support for company website
