## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst within complex enterprise environments
 * Experience working on data quality, data remediation, or data governance initiative
 * Identifying and resolving data quality issues
 * Improving controls around data input and governance within systems
 * Supporting better downstream integration into AD and access management systems
 * Enabling improved security, compliance, and reporting capabilities
 * Ability to translate data issues into actionable business requirements
 * Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and operational teams
 * Experience working across multiple systems and data sources
 * Ability to facilitate remediation activity across different business units

Desirable:

 * Experience working within identity, access management or directory environments
 * Understanding of Active Directory or similar identity systems
 * Experience working with HR data or workforce systems
