 * Experience using Python for analysis.

 * Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Sigma.
 * Commercially-minded with the ability to influence decision-making through insight.
 * Experience in commercially focused analytics such as finance, pricing, retention, acquisition, CRM or customer value analysis.

 * Analyse customer behaviour, profitability, lifetime value and retention trends.
 * Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and customer experience.
 * Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and business actions.
 * Support strategic projects and help drive data-led decision making.
