* Solid grounding in C# and .NET, with enough technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineers, evaluate architectural options, and make informed decisions, without needing to be writing production code daily

## Description

The Technical Director will hold end-to-end accountability for all things technology within the organisation. That covers platform ownership, engineering team leadership, hiring and people development, and setting a clear forward direction for how the company's software grows and scales. Day-to-day, you will be operating at the point where technology meets commercial reality, advising on architecture, steering the team, and ensuring the right foundations are in place for the future.
