Technology implementation, 2. Operational process transformation, 3. Behaviour and culture transformation, 4. Organisation/operating model transformation. * Experience with delivering change activities for system implementations such as Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or Cloud & Digital transformations. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to develop and manage client and stakeholder relationships at all levels. * Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, facilitation, presentation) and a knack for creative content. * An innovative mindset with an interest in new thinking around transformation, change management, and technology disruptors (e.g., Gen AI, data-driven change, change activity automation, and Change as a Service). * The ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments, demonstrating personal resilience. * Experience of delivery within waterfall, agile, and hybrid agile programmes.
