 * MCSE, Network+, Security+, or similar certifications preferred.
 * Previous experience with Epicor BisTrack preferred but not required.

## Description

Job Summary: The Network Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Mead Lumber's network and server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security across the enterprise. This position oversees the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and ongoing support of network systems, servers, and related technology while assisting with system upgrades, security measures, and technical issue resolution., * Install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, servers, network infrastructure, firewalls, storage, surveillance, and phone systems.

 * Support physical and virtual server environments including OS installs, patching, backups, security updates, and vulnerability management.
 * Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SQL, Exchange, Microsoft 365, SSL certificates, and Group Policy.
 * Assist with maintaining network security and PCI compliance across all locations.
 * Support enterprise storage and backup environments, including capacity planning and system performance.
 * Respond to escalated technical support requests and assist with troubleshooting complex system and network issues.
 * Coordinate with vendors and assist with assigned IT projects, timelines, and implementations.
 * Travel periodically to branch locations for network, server, and end-user equipment maintenance and upgrades.
