Our Team, Your Impact Manage the delivery of IT Services in support of the Commercial Operations for the US business. This role will be responsible for delivering technology solutions that enable Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, and Value Demonstration capabilities. This role focuses on excellence in solution delivery and driving digital innovation to support patient access and payer strategies. How You'll Spend Your Day, Solution Delivery & Enablement Lead the implementation and support of platforms and tools for: * Manage end-to-end delivery of IT solutions for pricing, contracting, and market access platforms; Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements. * Provide hands on technical expertise, oversight guidance to delivery teams * Function as the solution architect for IT solutions delivered to support payer analytics Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. Data & Analytics Partner with Data & Analytics teams to enable access to syndicated and customer data. Support the development of dashboards and visualizations for payer insights, pricing trends, and access performance metrics. Ensure data quality, integration, and compliance with regulatory and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure technology solutions meet cross-functional needs. Support digital initiatives that enhance payer value propositions and evidence dissemination. Vendor & Project Management Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and technology partners to deliver high-quality solutions. Lead project planning, execution, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption and business impact.
