## Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead, Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative workforce resilience solutions. This role partners closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams to drive technical excellence, scalable delivery, and continuous improvement across our technology landscape., * Lead the development and delivery of scalable web and mobile solutions aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

 * Define and promote development standards, testing practices, and technical quality benchmarks.
 * Design and implement high-quality features following modern software engineering best practices.
 * Develop and oversee integrations with external platforms and third-party services.
 * Review technical designs and assess the impact of proposed solutions across the product ecosystem.
 * Build cloud-native, scalable solutions that align with architectural and containerization principles.
 * Collaborate with engineering, testing, design, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
 * Ensure compliance with security, privacy, legal, and architectural standards.
 * Support recruitment, mentoring, and capability development within the engineering team.
 * Maintain clear and comprehensive technical and product documentation.
