We'd love to hear from passionate candidates from all backgrounds that align themselves with our company values and are excited to make a difference in healthcare! ## Description * Provide first and second-line technical support to colleagues across the organisation, responding to incidents and service requests in a timely, professional and customer-focused way. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, access and application issues, escalating complex matters appropriately and keeping users informed throughout. * Support onboarding, role changes and offboarding by setting up accounts, permissions, devices and access in line with internal processes and security requirements. * Maintain accurate records of tickets, resolutions and known issues, contributing to the development of knowledge base articles, user guides and repeatable support processes. * Support remote, hybrid and office-based colleagues with day-today IT needs, including collaboration tools, meeting room technology, peripherals and connectivity. Systems, Devices and Asset Management * Support the configuration, provisioning, maintenance and lifecycle management of company devices, including laptops, mobile devices and associated equipment. * Assist with device deployment and management using tools such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, ensuring devices are secure, compliant and ready for use. * Maintain accurate IT asset records, including device ownership, stock levels, repairs, replacements, warranties and software licensing information. * Support the administration of core business systems and cloud services, including Microsoft 365, user accounts, groups, permissions and access controls. * Contribute to infrastructure and service improvement projects, including the development of the internal service desk, asset management processes and IT documentation.
