## About the Role

* BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Linux and Bash scripting.
 * Experience with cloud platforms or self-service infrastructure frameworks such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or OpenStack.
 * Proven experience developing and supporting Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
 * Experience creating, managing and testing backup and recovery plans.
 * Solid background in DevOps practices, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines and automation.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Knowledge of ArgoCD.
 * Experience using Grafana and Prometheus.

## Description

* Design, implement, test and improve automated deployment, configuration and upgrade processes across infrastructure, applications and supporting services.
 * Ensure platform security, scalability and high availability, with a focus on zero downtime.
 * Proactively monitor and maintain Kubernetes clusters, identifying and resolving issues before they impact service.
 * Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
 * Plan, test and deliver infrastructure and application upgrades.
 * Develop, test and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
 * Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve platform performance.
