## Description

As a Senior UX Designer, you'll take charge of redefining complex experiences into simple, user-friendly solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

 * Leading the end-to-end design process: discovery, user journey mapping, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
 * Advocating for human-centred design across teams and the broader organisation.
 * Collaborating within agile squads to enhance user experience across digital products.
 * Conducting discovery sessions to understand user needs and validating designs through usability testing.
 * Promoting inclusive design practises and ensuring accessibility in all your designs.
 * Engaging with quantitative data to inform and refine your design decisions.
 * Facilitating workshops and participatory design sessions to gather insights from business and user partners.
 * Supporting and mentoring junior designers to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
