 + Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen (max. 5%) sowie eine vor-Ort-Präsenz von 2 Tagen pro Woche

## Description

Als Business Product Owner (m/w/d) bist du für die nahtlose Verzahnung von Business-Anforderungen mit IT-Umsetzungen und die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Customer Care Systeme verantwortlich.
konkret heißt das:

 + Ganzheitliche Betreuung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Customer Service mit Fokus auf den Onlineshop-Kontext, von der ersten Analyse und Zieldefinition über die Konzeption bis hin zum nationalen und internationalen Rollout
 + Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Technik sowie Realisierung von wirtschaftlich starken und technologisch innovativen Lösungen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern
 + Verantwortung im Projektmanagement und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Performance der Applikationen im Daily Business
 + Erstellung von Feature-Ideen in Form von User Stories, kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Produkte und systematische Überprüfung auf bereichsübergreifende Anforderungen
