## About the Role

* At least 2 years of IT support or help desk experience (Windows environment preferred)
 * Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and business applications (especially Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory)
 * Knowledge of basic networking, printer configuration, and excellent communication abilities
 * Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice, etc.) is a plus
 * IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or equivalent are beneficial

## Description

Kelly is seeking TWO driven and customer-focused IT Technicians (immediate high-priority openings!) to play an essential role in powering innovation and supporting our fast-paced, dynamic team.

1 st Shift Hours- Mon-Fri

Pay Range: $22-30/hr

What You'll Do:

 * Deliver first-line technical support for hardware, software, and IT systems, ensuring seamless operations for our end-users
 * Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, and user accounts for new hires
 * Troubleshoot challenging hardware, software, and printer issues with efficiency and expertise
 * Monitor and maintain IT systems, escalating complex problems to senior specialists when necessary
 * Manage help desk tickets, uphold strong documentation, and support the entire IT asset lifecycle
 * Contribute to onboarding/offboarding and participate in continual process improvements
