Desired: * SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), PSM II, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar advanced Agile certification. * Experience supporting government or DoW modernization initiatives, particularly in mission-critical / high-use systems. ## Description CACI is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead and mature an Agile Release Train operating in parallel within a fast-paced system modernization program. This role is responsible for establishing Agile and SAFe standards, ensuring delivery consistency, monitoring performance metrics, and maturing Agile capabilities across product teams Unlike traditional Agile coaching roles, this position requires hands-on experience with system and data-engineering modernization patterns. This hybrid skill set enables the coach to recognize and navigate the technical interdependencies that influence PI planning, backlog prioritization, risk identification, and overall delivery flow.
