As we continue to innovate, we are seeking an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to lead a strategic initiative focused on modernizing our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Federal EHR to meet evolving healthcare regulatory requirements through automation and engineering excellence. In this highly visible role, you will partner across Engineering, Product, Security, Risk & Compliance, and Operations to build scalable, audit-ready processes that seamlessly integrate regulatory requirements into the software delivery lifecycle. Your work will help enable faster, higher-quality releases while ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, HITRUST, and FDA guidelines. What You'll Do * Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize SDLC and release management processes with a focus on healthcare regulatory compliance and automation. * Translate healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, FDA, and related standards) into scalable engineering processes, controls, and best practices. * Partner with engineering leaders to embed compliance controls, documentation, and evidence collection directly into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows. * Drive automation of audit evidence, compliance reporting, and release artifacts to reduce manual effort and improve audit readiness. * Collaborate across Engineering, Security, Risk & Compliance, Product, and Operations to ensure consistent execution of compliant software delivery practices. * Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into compliance posture, delivery health, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities. * Serve as a trusted advisor during internal and external audits, ensuring engineering processes produce complete, accurate, and defensible compliance evidence.
