## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
 * 3-5 years of experience in IT application deployment, implementation, or project coordination.
 * Hands-on experience working with SAP environments (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or related SAP applications).
 * Understanding of IT service management and deployment methodologies.
 * Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
 * Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or related SAP applications.
 * Experience with application deployment and release management.
 * Experience coordinating testing and user support.
 * Understanding of system integrations and business processes.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Adaptability and flexibility in changing environments.
 * Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
 * Ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authority.
 * Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach.

## Description

The role involves supporting the successful rollout and deployment of enterprise applications, with a focus on SAP environments, across various business units. The specialist will coordinate deployment activities, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth implementation while maintaining high user satisfaction., * Lead and coordinate end-to-end deployment activities for IT applications.

 * Support application implementation, upgrades, and rollouts across business units.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and end users to ensure successful deployments.
 * Monitor deployment progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
 * Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
 * Ensure deployment documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
 * Drive issue resolution and escalation management during deployment phases.
 * Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to the Service Delivery Manager.
 * Promote best practices and continuous improvement throughout deployment processes.
