## About the Role

* Bachelor s degree in Software/Computer Engineering
 * Demonstrated collaboration and leadership abilities in academic and non-academic pursuits
 * Internship/Co-Op or project experience in embedded software/systems, * Relocate during the rotational program at least once ensuring experience at a minimum of two of our facilities
 * Start at Sterling Heights, MI or Minneapolis, MN locations, with subsequent rotational possibilities including York, PA and Louisville, KY
 * Start your technical master s degree during the program with completion two years from the end of the program.
 * Depending on your rotations, some may be required to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance, * Superior communication skills
 * Aptitude for Problem Solving
 * Resilience takes feedback well and isn t afraid to fail
 * Collaboration team oriented, works well with others and inspires them to be their best
 * Adaptable change openness / flexibility
 * Action Oriented
