## Description

Alabama State University, Office of Records and Registration, invites applications to fill the position of Systems Operations Specialist. This position is technical in nature and requires strong critical thinking and analytical skills. This role provides technical support to the Office of Records and Registration, the Academy, and other client constituencies., * Provide technical and reporting support for the Office of Records and Registration

 * Report enrollment and graduation accurately, to the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) and the National Student Loan Data Systems (NSLDS) in accordance with University, State, and Federal requirements
 * Research, analyze, test, and audit complex data and processes to maintain accuracy, and to correct errors
 * Enforce business processes for compliance purposes through collaboration with numerous campus partners to ensure accurate details
 * Update and maintain academic programs and requirements in PeopleSoft (Curriculum Management)
 * Perform other duties as assigned
