 * Deutsch und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher

## Description

* Unterstützung des End-to-End-Monitorings von IT-Infrastruktur-Komponenten
 * Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring- und Reporting-Infrastrukturen
 * Identifikation von Monitoring-Ereignissen und Einleitung proaktiver oder reaktiver Maßnahmen
 * Entwicklung und Implementierung von Automatisierungslösungen im Monitoring-Umfeld
 * Technische Beratung bei Sensoren, Checks und neuen Systemlandschaften
 * Aufbau eines harmonisierten Reportings entlang vereinbarter KPIs und SLAs, * Qualification as IT specialist, IT systems management assistant or degree in computer science or comparable qualification
 * More than 3 years of experience in IT, information systems or IT infrastructures
 * Experience in monitoring, reporting and analysis of IT system landscapes
 * Experience with CheckMK, Grafana, DynaTrace or similar monitoring applications
 * Knowledge of BMC Discovery, automation with Ansible, Unix and MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle
 * Business-fluent German and English skills
