## About the Role

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field

 - 5+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management experience
 - Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences
 - Experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel, and in MS Office including Word and Outlook
 - Experience in making data driven business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

 - Experience leading and influencing the data strategy of your team or organization
 - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

## Description

* Develop mechanisms to measure success and adoption of the initiatives within the business.
 * Lead change management with stakeholders on business operations processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.
 * Develop deep knowledge of business operations tools used on a regular basis including applications such as Asana, Permissions, WorkDocs, Wiki, and Quip.
 * Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-customer meetings, weekly, monthly, quarter business reviews, dashboards and status reports for cross-team coordination and executive update.
 * Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the senior management team in regular business reviews
 * Engage with product, TPM, and development teams to correct process gaps
