Ability to build flexible data models utilized in downstream analytics tools (PowerBI, AWS QuickSight, Looker, Tableau, etc.). + Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and resolve inefficiencies in reporting requests by creating self-service solutions that reduce administrative burden and support department leaders. + Communication: Skilled in translating technical data structures for non-technical department heads to improve overall organizational data literacy. + Scalability: Understanding of how to build data models that support growth. + Integrity: Commitment to building objective data models that prioritize mission-driven performance. + Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare data sources, including claims, clinical data, and population health metrics.
