## About the Role

* Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, IT oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
 * Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (oder NAV) - als Key User, Consultant oder Administrator ist hilfreich
 * Ein Verständnis kaufmännischer Prozesse (idealerweise Finance/Buchhaltung, Einkauf oder Logistik) wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung mit ERP-nahen Tools/Add-ons (z. B. Continia) von Vorteil
 * Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern
 * Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Du betreust und entwickelst unser ERP-System Business Central inhouse weiter - von der Konfiguration bis zur Prozessoptimierung
 * Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe (z. B. in Logistik, Einkauf, Buchhaltung, Einkauf) und entwickelst praxisnahe Lösungen
 * Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche bei Fragen, Störungen und neuen Anforderungen rund um Business Central
 * Du arbeitest eng mit externen Partnern/Dienstleistern zusammen und steuerst kleinere Implementierungsprojekte
 * Du sorgst für die Integration von Business Central mit anderen Systemen und behältst Schnittstellen im Blick
 * Du dokumentierst Prozesse und Systemänderungen und schulst Kolleg:innen im Umgang mit Business Central
 * Neben Business Central hast du auch Lust Fachabteilungen bei der Einführung moderner SAAS-Lösungen zu begleiten
