 * Betrieb und Verwaltung der Netzwerk- und Serverinfrastruktur (u. a. Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Switches, Router, Firewalls)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard-, Software- und Netzwerkstörungen
 * Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sowie Installation von Updates und Software
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Beschaffung von Hard- und Software
 * 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Beratung und Einweisung der Anwender
 * Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Support-Tickets
