## About the Role

* 3-5 years of experience in a technical support, customer success, or solutions role in a SaaS or cloud environment
 * Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, containers, or developer tooling
 * Structured, calm, and communicative under pressure - you know how to manage expectations while working on a fix
 * Experience with support or service desk tooling (e.g. Zendesk, Jira Service Management, or similar)
 * Fluent in German and English
 * Based near Karlsruhe or Munich, comfortable with a hybrid setup

As our Technical Support Specialist, you own the support experience end-to-end: from first response to resolution, across technical and functional questions alike., * You serve as the primary point of contact for partner and customer support requests - technical and functional

 * You manage and resolve incoming tickets with a focus on quality, speed, and clear communication
 * You identify recurring issues and feed them back into Product & Engineering as structured insights
 * You maintain and improve support documentation, runbooks, and FAQs
 * You collaborate with Customer Solution Architects on complex escalations
 * You contribute to building a scalable support function as Codesphere grows
