 * Deep AI-Tooling: Tiefgehendes Wissen, wie man KI systematisch in den Entwicklungszyklus integriert (Prompt-Design, Context Engineering, AI-Coding-Tools).
 * Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung oder dem starken Mentoring von Entwickler-Teams.
 * Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch.
 * Nice-to-have: Pragmatisches Verständnis für Frontend-Frameworks (Vue.js, Angular) und/oder Berührungspunkte mit Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).

 * Architektur & Entwicklung: Du designst und baust End-to-End-Lösungen (vom Proof of Concept bis zur produktionsreifen Skalierung), orchestrierst hochperformante Go- oder Kotlin-Systeme und nutzt dabei AI-Native Engineering sowie Deep Context Engineering.
 * Team-Mentoring & KI-Integration: Als Mentor:in begleitest du andere Software Engineers, führst Code-Reviews durch und etablierst KI-Tools gezielt in bestehende Workflows, um die Liefergeschwindigkeit messbar zu erhöhen.
 * Qualitätssicherung: Du stellst Performance, Security und eine exzellente Testabdeckung im cloud-nativen Umfeld (CI/CD, Clean Code Paradigmen) sicher.
 * Schnittstellen & Kollaboration: Du definierst nahtlose API-Schnittstellen (REST, asynchrone APIs) und arbeitest pragmatisch mit unseren Frontend- (Vue.js/Angular) und Mobile-Teams (Kotlin Multiplatform) zusammen.
