It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. * The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. * The ability to identify and understand the speech of another person. * The ability to generate or use different sets of rules for combining or grouping things in different ways. ## Description Lead enterprise Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID architecture and operations , including forest/domain design, hybrid identity, directory synchronization, authentication flows, and lifecycle management for users, devices, and service accounts. Design, implement, and maintain complex Group Policy and configuration management solutions (GPOs, security baselines, loopback processing, WMI filters, delegation models), with a focus on security hardening, scalability, and operational consistency across clinical and non-clinical environments. Own identity-related change management and troubleshooting at scale , including GPO conflict resolution, authentication issues, device join failures, conditional access impacts, and policy drift across on-prem and cloud environments.
